This 20 bedroom luxury villa is situated within its own private bay on the quiet and peaceful South Coast of Koh Samui. It’s luxurious and expansive living areas, beautiful grounds and superb facilities make it a suitable choice for larger extended families, groups of friends and wedding parties.

The various pavilions of the villa are positioned around a large and well kept garden with coconut palms and tropical plants and flowers, all adding to the feeling of paradise. In the centre of the garden is a huge infinity edged swimming pool with a bridge that leads to a small island and Palm trees that dance in the tropical breeze. This beautifully landscaped area faces towards the white sands and turquoise water of your private beach.

The villa is well equipped for relaxing lazy days or fun filled action-packed activities for those with more energy. Whether you are relaxing with a good book in the poolside lounge or taking advantage of some of the many water sports and beach activities that are on offer there never needs to be a dull moment at Villa Kalyana. The property has an HD movie library, Smart TV, an entertainment system, a billiard and games room, a library, a kids pool area and much much more!

Elegant interior lounges and dining areas are tastefully designed with flourishes of traditional Thai decor, modern technology and creature comforts to make you feel at home. A spacious lounge with vaulted wooden ceilings and large sliding doors offers a cool and calming place to relax with large sofas and stunning tropical vistas. The staggering 20 bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to 36 adults and 16 children. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and feature well appointed en-suite bathrooms, smart TVs and mini bars. The bedrooms offer a mixture of different additional features such as lounge areas, libraries, and inspiring views.

Laem Set and Laem Sor are two closely situated areas which can be found on the most southern point of Koh Samui. Both have a quiet and relaxed pace of life, and make ideal destinations for families or those wishing to escape the more heavily populated tourist hotspots such as Chaweng Beach and Lamai. Beautiful sunsets and striking scenery can be enjoyed here as this part of the island is relatively undeveloped and retains much of its natural beauty. There are a number of popular attractions here, including a butterfly farm, tiger zoo, an aquarium, snake farm and waterfalls with rock pools which are located in the jungle and are best visited in the rainy season. The Laem Set Pagoda is another good place to visit, an impressive golden coloured Temple on the southern most point of the island. The picturesque contrast of the emerald green ocean and the golden temple attracts many visitors. The area also has a few picnic tables and is a nice place to relax and have lunch. The busier and more developed Lamai is around a 15 minute drive from both Laem Set and Laem Sor.
