Located in Lamai on the south east side of

The villa’s main living space is open plan and comprises a lounge area with large leather sofas facing towards a huge wall mounted smart TV, a sleek designer kitchen with an American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, a coffee machine and a dining area with table to seat 6 guests. The room is well lit with air conditioning and ceiling fans and large sliding doors at either side. High ceilings create a sense of space and a mezzanine leads to the roof top garden. This level of the villa also has a guests’ WC. To one side of the lounge is a large infinity edged swimming pool and sun terrace with sun loungers and other shaded seating positioned around the poolside.
Two of the villas 3 bedrooms are located on the ground floor and lead out to the swimming pool terrace. All 3 bedrooms have a contemporary, minimal design with air conditioning and ceiling fan and both have a stylish and well appointed modern bathroom with bathtub and shower. The master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor and enjoys the close proximity of the roof top terrace and garden.
Features and services at the villa include a BBQ area, a twice weekly maid service, smart T.V, high speed five optic Internet and CCTV. The villa is only 600 metres from a picturesque beach, although the sea bed is a little rocky here so some may find the golden sands of
Lamai Beach a preferable choice, as it is only 2 km away from the villa.
Lamai Beach has a good choice of bars and restaurants and up on the street there is an even wider selection of shops, bars, clubs and restaurants.

Locale
Located on the east coast of Koh Samui is the area of Lamai which is the second busiest tourist area on the island. It hs a 4km white sand beach which is perfect for swimming. and sunbathing. Along the beach there are numerous bars, restaurants and clubs and a choice of water sports on offer. The one way road through the centre has various a variety of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants and the occasional nightclub. By night the beach is a popular place to dine alfresco and watch fire jugglers perform their amazing tricks. Lamai ‘Walking Street’ is a popular Sunday evening event, a Thai market where locals sell tasty street food, arts and crafts, clothes and electronic goods. The area has a few temples which are all worth visiting. Other tourist attractions not to be missed are Hin Ta Hin Yai which translates to Grandmother Grandfather rocks, due to their interesting shape! Lamai has two supermarkets, a local market selling fresh produce and an authentic fishing village.
