Villa Haineu

Villa Haineu is a 5 bedroom luxury villa located on on the quiet west coast of Koh Samui. Occupying an exclusive beachfront location the villa and its expansive gardens overlook a white sandy cove and the shimmering emerald waters of Lipa Noi.

The ornate Thai style buildings, which are situated inside stunning tropical gardens, surround a large infinity edged swimming pool and expansive sun deck. To the front of the villa a Thai Sala (or pagoda) makes the perfect place to relax in the shade with a good book or simply admire the wonderful view. This area is equipped with comfortable sofas and a dining table where guests can enjoy tasty Thai food prepared on site by their own private chef. The villa also has a well equipped and modern kitchen, breakfast bar, interior dining room and a BBQ grill. The interior living areas are well lit and high wood panelled Thai style ceilings, large sofas and huge sliding glass doors create a cool and relaxing environment. The villa has a home cinema room and other features include a jacuzzi and the use of a shared gym and sauna.

Five ensuite bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests and all feature wide screen TV and satellite channels. The rooms are all fully air-conditioned and have wonderful tropical views with some opening out onto private terraces.

Just a 20 minute drive away is the vibrant area of Lamai Beach with a diverse mix of shops, bars, restaurants and nightclubs, and on Sunday night why not visit the Lamai walking street (street market) where locals exhibit home made arts, crafts, clothes and tasty Thai nibbles.

One of the quieter areas on the island of Koh Samui is Lipa Noi, which is located on the west coast. A white sand beach with coconut palms and the perfect water for swimming can be enjoyed here. This side of the island has fantastic sunsets and views of Anthong National Marine Park. The area is home to the world famous Nikki Beach club which hosts many exclusive parties and events. A good selection of restaurants and bars offers a diverse choice of cuisine although Lipa Noi is still relatively undeveloped as is much of this side of the island. Nanthon the capital of Koh Samui is only a 5 to 10 minute drive from Lipa Noi and is a great place for practising your bargaining skills in the local shops and stalls. Nathon also has a major port with boats leaving to the mainland.
