Jimbaran is located south of Kuta on the island of Bali. The area forms a 5km bay, the sand is a rich golden colour, and although home to some of the best 5 star resorts Jimbaran retains a peaceful atmosphere and easy pace of life. The water within the bay is calm and unruffled which makes the location very good for swimming. Although the beach has a relaxed atmosphere there is also plenty going on which makes it a great place to spend the day sunbathing and watch the world go by. The bay has a great selection of restaurants stretching the entire 5km with most serving freshly caught fish and seafood. As the bay is west-facing it makes the ideal setting for a memorable sunset dining experience.
