Villa Aiko

This wonderfully designed four bedroom luxury villa is situated in the area of Jimbaran Bay and overlooks the picturesque Bukit Peninsula from its superb hilltop location. With its neatly manicured lawns, swimming pool and lounging terraces, Villa Aiko is ideally suited to the warm climate of the beautiful tropical island of Bali.

The property has an extensive choice of indoor as well,as outdoor living areas. The main living space is an open plan lounge, diner and kitchen. This room features comfortable and spacious seating,  with large sofas and a wall mounted wide screen TV. There is also a dining table to seat 10 guests for dinner served by the private chef and a well equipped kitchen with a plethora of modern appliances including a coffee machine. High vaulted wooden ceilings offer an added feeling of space and a natural hilltop breeze, together with the air conditioning, keeps the room at a pleasant temperature. This whole area has spectacular views of the gardens, swimming pool and beyond that the ocean. Other outdoor areas include a chill out terrace with jacuzzi and outdoor lounge furniture and a large neatly trimmed lawn next to the pool, with sun loungers and sofas.

Villa Aiko’s 4 bedrooms offer guests a spacious and comfortable area in which to relax in private. The master suite has a King size bed and is fully air conditioned with a wall mounted 42 inch flat screen TV. The room has a modern and sleek en suite bathroom with double vanity unit, a large bathtub and rain shower. Large glass sliding doors lead to a private balcony which in turn leads to the roof top terrace. The guest rooms all have King size beds and air conditioning, 42 inch Flat screen TVs, floor to ceiling glass doors and en suite facilities with rain showers and bath tubs.

The villa is well equipped for fun and entertainment. Amenities include 6 satellite TV’s, DVD players, a movie library, iPod docking stations, Bose sound system and wireless internet throughout. There is also a playroom with books, games, lots of toys, an Xbox, and a Nintendo Wii. One particularly impressive feature at the Villa Aiko is the private spa and treatment room with massage bed and relax chair and the integrated Bose sound system found throughout the villa contributes to a relaxing ambience.

A helpful villa manager is on hand to attend to your needs and other staff and services include a chef, a butler, housekeeping and night security. A massage and spa treatment service is available on request as well as a baby sitting service.

Jimbaran is located south of Kuta on the island of Bali. The area forms a 5km bay, the sand is a rich golden colour, and although home to some of the best 5 star resorts Jimbaran retains a peaceful atmosphere and easy pace of life. The water within the bay is calm and unruffled which makes the location very good for swimming. Although the beach has a relaxed atmosphere there is also plenty going on which makes it a great place to spend the day sunbathing and watch the world go by. The bay has a great selection of restaurants stretching the entire 5km with most serving freshly caught fish and seafood. As the bay is west-facing it makes the ideal setting for a memorable sunset dining experience.
