Baan Samlarn is a 5 bedroom luxury beach villa located on the quiet and picturesque west coast of Koh Samui in the area of Lipa Noi. The villa occupies a stunning beachfront location and the wonderful tropical gardens and expansive sun terraces lead to a white sandy cove.

The impressive Thai style living areas are all positioned around a large infinity edged swimming pool, jacuzzi, large sun deck and well kept gardens. Down towards the front of the property near the beach is a luscious green lawn and coconut palms sway in the soothing tropical breeze. To the right is a Thai Sala (or pagoda) the ideal place to relax in the shade with a good book or to dine alfresco and enjoy food cooked by your own Thai chef. The villa also has a well equipped and modern kitchen with breakfast bar and TV and out on the terrace is a BBQ grill. The main living areas are all extremely spacious with high Thai style ceilings and windows and doors that open fully, making the most of the tropical climate. Real wooden floors, large and comfortable sofas and well chosen Thai decor create a warm and calming environment. The villa makes a great place to stay for people who are looking to recharge and relax as guests can enjoy the on-site gym and sauna facilities. The property also has a home cinema room and numerous TVs and DVD players, satellite TV channels and wireless internet throughout.

Five ensuite bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests and all feature wide screen TV and satellite channels. The rooms are all fully air-conditioned and have wonderful tropical views, some opening out onto private terraces.

Just a 20 minute drive away is the vibrant area of Lamai Beach with a diverse mix of shops, bars, restaurants and nightclubs, and on Sunday night why not visit the Lamai walking street (street market) where locals exhibit home made arts, crafts, clothes and tasty Thai nibbles.

One of the quieter areas on the island of Koh Samui is Lipa Noi, which is located on the west coast. A white sand beach with coconut palms and the perfect water for swimming can be enjoyed here. This side of the island has fantastic sunsets and views of Anthong National Marine Park. The area is home to the world famous Nikki Beach club which hosts many exclusive parties and events. A good selection of restaurants and bars offers a diverse choice of cuisine although Lipa Noi is still relatively undeveloped as is much of this side of the island. Nanthon the capital of Koh Samui is only a 5 to 10 minute drive from Lipa Noi and is a great place for practising your bargaining skills in the local shops and stalls. Nathon also has a major port with boats leaving to the mainland.
