Baan Kilee, impressive villa is located directly on the beach in the quiet area of Lipa Noi on the west coast of Koh Samui.

The property has 8 bedrooms which accommodate up to 12 adults and 8 children, making it the perfect choice for a wedding party or larger group. The villa has many well designed buildings which are joined by beautifully landscaped gardens, terraces and swimming pools. The villa encompasses tropical living at its finest, and offers its guests the perfect blend of interior and exterior living areas. The rooms are comfortable and well lit and have large sliding doors to allow in the refreshing sea breeze. Outdoor lounges and dining rooms can be found in various positions throughout the property, all with the focus on relaxation and tropical living.

The villa has 3 swimming pools and includes a kids swimming pool and slide; there is also a kids playroom and a table tennis table. One of the swimming pools has a unique outdoor home cinema screen positioned above it, the ideal place to watch a movie while sipping on a cocktail! The villa also features a second home cinema room with large and comfortable sofas and cushions.

The 6 superb ensuite bedrooms are all fully air conditioned and all have wide screen TV’s, DVD players and iPod docking stations. The master suite is located on the top floor, it has a king size bed and overlooks the white sand and turquoise ocean. A further two bedrooms in the villas loft space are available on request.

Baan Kilee has a private chef and a large double kitchen and BBQ area thus making it the perfect place to cater for and entertain larger groups. The villa has private car parking, a maid service a laundry room, 24 hr security and features wireless internet and satellite TV throughout.

Just a 15 minute drive way is the vibrant area of Lamai Beach with a diverse mix of shops, bars, restaurants and nightclubs, and on Sunday night why not visit the Lamai walking street, (street market) where locals exhibit home made arts, crafts, clothes and tasty Thai nibbles.

One of the quieter areas on the island of Koh Samui is Lipa Noi, which is located on the west coast. A white sand beach with coconut palms and the perfect water for swimming can be enjoyed here. This side of the island has fantastic sunsets and views of Anthong National Marine Park. The area is home to the world famous Nikki Beach club which hosts many exclusive parties and events. A good selection of restaurants and bars offers a diverse choice of cuisine although Lipa Noi is still relatively undeveloped as is much of this side of the island. Nanthon the capital of Koh Samui is only a 5 to 10 minute drive from Lipa Noi and is a great place for practising your bargaining skills in the local shops and stalls. Nathon also has a major port with boats leaving to the mainland.
