A stepping stone staircase leads down through the rocks towards the villa and, as you approach, the most amazing view of the coastline can be seen beyond. Villa Waterfall has been cleverly designed and makes innovative use of the natural environment. The theme of bringing the natural surroundings inside is consistent throughout the property, and it really works!! Large rocks have been left in their original place and the villa built around them to create this magical hillside hideaway. The main living area with its high timber ceilings, extensive windows, and well-chosen pieces of Thai furniture has a very elegant and sumptuous look and leads to a large sun terrace where guests can enjoy the Samui sun.

The bedrooms are extremely tastefully designed and follow a natural Thai theme. The bathrooms are all fitted to modern standards and the master suite has a large bathtub and double vanity units. Down to the front of the property a large infinity edged swimming pool faces out to the ocean and is surrounded by a well kept lawn and beautifully landscaped gardens. Features at the villa include an indoor natural waterfall and mini swimming pool, a BBQ, high tech integrated lighting system and a drop down home cinema and entertainment system.

Laem Set and Laem Sor are two closely situated areas which can be found on the most southern point of Koh Samui. Both have a quiet and relaxed pace of life, and make ideal destinations for families or those wishing to escape the more heavily populated tourist hotspots such as Chaweng Beach and Lamai. Beautiful sunsets and striking scenery can be enjoyed here as this part of the island is relatively undeveloped and retains much of its natural beauty. There are a number of popular attractions here, including a butterfly farm, tiger zoo, an aquarium, snake farm and waterfalls with rock pools which are located in the jungle and are best visited in the rainy season. The Laem Set Pagoda is another good place to visit, an impressive golden coloured Temple on the southern most point of the island. The picturesque contrast of the emerald green ocean and the golden temple attracts many visitors. The area also has a few picnic tables and is a nice place to relax and have lunch. The busier and more developed Lamai is around a 15 minute drive from both Laem set and Laem Sor.
