The Pandawa Cliff Estate is a collection of four luxury villas that form an exclusive estate located in Bali Indonesia, one of which is the spectacular five bedroom Villa Markisa. Four of the villas bedrooms can be found within two interconnecting apartments both with their own living and dining areas and swimming pool. The bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms as well as guest bathrooms. The impressive master suite rests high on the cliff edge and commands awe-inspiring views over the Bukit peninsula and ocean. The suite with its own private living and dining area, swimming pool and butler’s kitchen is a truly magical place to spend your valuable downtime.

As well as the various private living spaces on offer, the garden living pavilion provides a communal area for guests to spend time together by day and night, along with extensive landscaped gardens overlooking the ocean.

Services at Villa Markisa include your very own private chef, waitering staff,  butler, gardeners, private security, housekeeping service and pool attendants. Amenities include two interconnecting lounge and dining rooms, three separate pool decks and infinity pool, a fifth inch wall mounted plasma TV, satellite channels, DVD, iPod docking stations, a squash court, tennis court and a gym and spa.  The villa is extremely well equipped for families with young ones and has high chairs, baby seat boosters, and a children’s menu. The use of wireless internet is available throughout the villa.

The entire estate can also be rented together offering a vast amount of space, numerous facilities and 21 bedrooms, sleeping a total of 42 guests. When rented in its entirety, the venue is the ideal choice for weddings, social gathering and corporate events.

The Bukit, which translates in English to ‘hill’, is a limestone region situated at the southernmost point of Bali. Once mainly inhabited by fisherman and seaweed farmers, it is now arguably one of the most prestigious area on the island. Visitors can expect to find top end resorts, exclusive villas, boutique hotels and restaurants, and one of Asia’s top golf clubs,  making the area an attractive choice for those seeking a luxury lifestyle. Although Bukit has seen recent development, the area is still surprisingly unspoilt with a landscape rich in flora and fauna, beautiful beaches and interesting and diverse aquatic life. At certain times of the year, those lucky enough may get a glimpse of migrating whales, and turtles can often be seen swimming in the crystal clear waters close to the shore. The coastline is popular with sun worshippers and surfers and has many small and often unfrequented coves, ideal for those who simply want to relax undisturbed close to the ocean. However, one should always be aware that rip-tides can be dangerous in Bali and some beaches are not safe to swim.
