Villa Canggu North

Located on the south west coast of Bali in the small village of Nelayan, which translates to ‘fisherman’, is Villa Canggu North. This super-stylish 2 bedroom luxury villa is full of interesting modern artwork, murals and sculptures and is located only 100 metres from the beach.

The property has a large open plan L-shaped living room which comprises a lounge area with large, comfortable sofas, a wide screen TV and entertainment area, a dining area and a kitchenette. The villa also has a main service kitchen which is used by the chef. Large floor to ceiling glass doors lead to a private swimming pool and sun deck, beyond which is a neatly trimmed lawn and gardens. Throughout the villa, tastefully chosen pieces of furniture, the imaginative use of natural materials and colourful art works create a relaxed and sophisticated ambience.

The two bedrooms are located on the upper level of the house and both have modern and well equipped ensuite bathrooms with walk in rain shower. Both rooms are fully air conditioned with audio visual entertainment and both have king size beds that can be separated into twin beds.

Villa Canggu North can be rented in combination with its neighbouring villa, the 4 bedroom, Canggu South to offer a larger Villa Canggu comprising 6 bedrooms, 2 swimming pools, two lounges and extensive inter- connecting indoor and outdoor spaces.

Situated only 100 metres from the beach Villa Canggu offers its guests convenient yet private accommodation, while only a few hundred metres along the beach in both directions you have an excellent variety of beach clubs and restaurants. There is also a surf school nearby offering lessons for adults and kids. Nelayan Beach,  which is in front of the villa, is popular with surfers and makes a good place to relax.

Villa Canggu North is suitable for a small family or group of four friends who can rest assured they will be looked after by the helpful staff which includes a dedicated villa manager, maid service and private chef.

Some might say that Canggu is one of the hippest and most happening destinations in Bali. The name Canggu was originally given only to this small fishing village. However nowadays when people say Canggu they are actually also referring to a collection of other small villages such as Tiyingtukul, Pererenan and Nelayan. The area has many rice fields which add a relaxing rural edge to the landscape. The beach at Canggu is popular with surfers as it has larger swells than other areas nearby, but swimming isn’t advised here as the rip tides can be dangerous. The area is a great place to learn to surf and is also home to the award winning Nirwana Bali Golf Club. Canggu has a diverse selection of restaurants, cafes and bars to choose from and also a variety of boutiques selling clothes and swimwear. Places of interest to visit nearby include Pura Tanah Lot, a large temple that stands on the ocean rocks, and Seminyak which has a high concentration of fine dining restaurants and cocktail bars.
