Villa Acacia is a beautiful four bedroom beach villa that comfortably accommodates eight people. It is situated on Maenam Beach on the North side of Koh Samui and benefits from unspoilt views of the neighbouring island, Koh Phangan.

The blend of interior and exterior living areas, suitable for the warm tropical climate offer guests a variety of places to relax. An open plan living area comprising a comfortable lounge, dining room with table to seat 8 guests  and adjoining kitchen leads seamlessly through sliding glass doors to an alfresco lounge and the garden. At the front of the property there is a large private swimming pool overlooking the ocean and a four poster double massage bed where one can enjoy views of the garden and water features. Four en-suite bedrooms surround a central garden with the master suite positioned to the front of the villa with unspoilt views of the sand and sea.

The Villa has a well equipped gym for those who like to keep fit! Other features include a large home cinema, satellite T.V., wifi and iPod docking stations. The property has 24 hr security and housekeeping.

The villa is only 5 minutes drive to the charming Fisherman’s village and 15 minutes drive to Chaweng Beach with a plethora of restaurants, shops and nightlife. For those who like a round of golf, the Santiburi golf course is also just a 15 minute drive away.

Maenam is located on the north coast of Koh Samui. Maenam Beach has a relaxed and laid back atmosphere with golden sand and an abundance of coconut palms which give it a very tropical feel. Situated only a few minutes walk from the ring road, but just far enough away to not hear the traffic, it is both quiet and conveniently accessed.

Views of the neighbouring island of Koh Phangan can be enjoyed from the beach which is widely considered to be one of the finest on the island. From the main road, smaller streets with a diverse mixture of restaurants, bars and shops lead down to the sea, which is usually calm and suitable for families with young children.

Thursday night is Maenam’s Walking Street, an evening market where locals offer delicious food, home-made crafts, artwork, top quality souvenirs and other goods. The Chinese Temple also makes an interesting place to visit, especially on the Chinese New Year when you can watch an exciting traditional Dragon Show. For those who enjoy a round of golf or game of tennis, the Santiburi PGA Golf Club and tennis courts are located in the lush green hills of Maenam with a spectacular view of the ocean.
