Samujana 15, wonderfully modern four bedroom holiday villa,  is located on the hillside in the peaceful and picturesque area of Koh Samui and is fronted by a large infinity edged, salt water swimming pool. The villa enjoys superb views of the surrounding tropical landscape and the serene waters of the gulf of Thailand.

The villa has an open plan main living area complete with comfortable super-sized sofas, a dining table to seat 8 guests and a sleek, ultra-modern fitted kitchen. This innovative living space which is completely open to the front, enjoys a naturally cooling breeze and has four large ceiling fans to circulate the air. A large limestone boulder, part of the original landscape, has been left in place to add character and interest. To the front of the villa is a spacious sun deck which leads onto the pool and above this is an expansive roofed terrace and lawn.

Features and services at the property include private parking, private security, landscaped gardens and terraces with daybeds, and a large lawn which is suitable for outdoor activities. In addition there is a poolside BBQ, a centralised sound system with iPod docking stations, wireless internet and a TV lounge with large wide screen and DVD player.

The four spacious bedrooms all have king size beds and each room has a slightly different and unique, minimalist style. Each room is equipped with a hair dryer and an electronic safe and each has a beautifully appointed, modern en-suite bathroom. The rooms all enjoy stunning views of the island and have private terraces.

The area of Choeng Mon is known for one of the islands best beaches. Soft white sand and calm waters make it a great family beach. The area has a good choice of restaurants and shops and is only 10 minutes drive to Chaweng Beach and a 10-15 minute drive to the famous Fisherman’s Village in Bophut.

The beach at Choeng Mon which is located on the north east of Koh Samui is sheltered within a large bay. Calm, shallow waters and soft white sand make it an ideal family setting. Kayaks are available to rent and there are a few beach massage stalls. However it is a great place to simply relax with a drink and watch the boats come and go. Visible from the beach is a tiny island known as Koh Fan Yai which at low tide is accessible by foot and makes a fantastic adventure for children. There is a handful of restaurants and bars on the beach and yet more on the road which also has a good selection of shops. The area is peaceful with a low and leisurely pace of life.
