A serene private oasis, the three bedroom Villa Kalimaya IV occupies a stunning location in a quiet lane yet just minutes from the heart of bustling Seminyak. The exquisite residence is spread over two floors and boasts abundant  indoor and outdoor living space. Indoors, there are two generously sized living rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, ideal for gatherings and get-togethers. The temperature controlled dining room seats 6 and the sophisticated fully equipped kitchen features a bar.

Three glamorous ensuite bedrooms are stylishly furnished and beautifully decorated and provide the perfect private space.  All bedrooms are air conditioned and fitted with king size beds, TVs and DVD players. The marble ensuite bathrooms boast rain showers and bathtubs.

The villa’s swimming pool overlooks lush landscaped gardens and the spacious pool deck is furnished with large sun loungers and umbrellas. The traditional covered Bale offers plenty of shade and is perfect for relaxation.

Facilities are plenty for a comfortable stay and include satellite television, DVD library, iPod decking system and Wi-Fi throughout the villa.

The beautifully presented Villa Kalimaya IV is a part of the extraordinary Kalimaya Estate. The estate also features a five bedroom Villa Kalimaya I, two bedroom Villa Kalimaya II and three bedroom Villa Kalimaya III . When booked together, the four villas can accommodate up to 28 guests, an ideal venue for weddings, events, retreats, family gatherings and groups of friends travelling together.

The district of Seminyak is located a few kilometres north west of Kuta. The area is well positioned for Bali’s main shopping centres and tourist attractions. A long white sand beach is frequented in the day time by sun worshippers and surfers and has a choice of surf schools to cater for every level of ability. In the evenings, Seminyak Beach is a popular meeting place for locals and expats who enjoy a drink at sunset. The area is famous for its vibrant party scene and fine dining venues, and has perhaps the best beach clubs and top end restaurants in Bali as well as a high volume of spas and fashion boutiques. But it’s not only exclusive shopping, partying and sea side activities that are on offer here in Seminyak, there is also a great choice of sporting activities including the Nirwana Golf Club, various riding stables and the Canggu club which has a modern well equipped gym, a 25m swimming pool and tennis and squash courts.
