Baan Puri, expansive 6 bedroom luxury beach villa is situated on the west coast of Koh Samui in Lipa Noi. The villa occupies a beautiful beachfront location and is surrounded by tropical gardens which lead down to an idyllic white sandy cove.

The main living areas of the villa are positioned around a huge infinity edged swimming pool and sun terrace that overlooks the ocean. To the side of the pool is a row of sun loungers . A large, well kept lawn and coconut palms separate the terrace from the beach and to the right is a Thai Sala (or pagoda) which offers a calm and shaded escape from the heat.

Immaculate wooden floors, large sofas and splashes of Thai decor adorn the lounge and dining areas. A chunky wooden dining table to seat 10 guests sits behind large glass sliding doors which open out to the sun terrace with views of the beach. Here guests can enjoy tasty Thai cuisine prepared by their private chef or for those who enjoy cooking and entertaining, the property has a spacious and well equipped modern kitchen. The villa has a BBQ grill and a private wine cellar and other features include a 100 inch home cinema screen, and a child’s s play area.

The 6 bedrooms at Baan Puri comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests and are all fully air-conditioned with well appointed and stylish en-suite bathrooms. The bedrooms offer a mixture of different features which include plasma TVs with satellite channels, large bathtubs, alfresco showers, four poster beds, double vanity units and access to sun terraces. Bed linen is changed once every 3 days.

Just a 20 minute drive away is the vibrant area of Lamai Beach with a diverse mix of shops, bars, restaurants and nightclubs, and on Sunday night why not visit the Lamai walking street (street market) where locals exhibit home made arts, crafts, clothes and tasty Thai nibbles.

One of the quieter areas on the island of Koh Samui is Lipa Noi, which is located on the west coast. A white sand beach with coconut palms and the perfect water for swimming can be enjoyed here. This side of the island has fantastic sunsets and views of Anthong National Marine Park. The area is home to the world famous Nikki Beach club which hosts many exclusive parties and events. A good selection of restaurants and bars offers a diverse choice of cuisine although Lipa Noi is still relatively undeveloped as is much of this side of the island. Nanthon the capital of Koh Samui is only a 5 to 10 minute drive from Lipa Noi and is a great place for practising your bargaining skills in the local shops and stalls. Nathon also has a major port with boats leaving to the mainland.
