Avalon I

Located in a quiet rural area, just 60 meters from the beach and a few minute drive to the chic Seminyak, the stunning four bedroom Villa Avalon I is a part of the stately Villa Avalon Estate. Designed by the award-winning Balinese architect Popo Danes, the villa offers a delightful blend of luxury, space, privacy and recreation.

The opulent Avalon I is spread over three pavilions, set around a 14m x 5m swimming pool with a heritage teakwood joglo from Java to the side. The open sided main pavilion features an opulent  living area, delightful dining room with a huge table for 14 and entertainment space on the ground floor. The top floor houses a sitting area complete with comfy sofas and a games corner with a pool table.

The state-of-the-art facilities boast a 52-inch flat screen TV and DVD player in the air conditioned media room, PABX room-to-room phone system, 37-inch or 42-inch TVs and DVD players in every bedroom – all with satellite channels, zoned music system, books and puzzles.

Four bedroom suites occupy two pavilions on either side of the living pavilion. All bedrooms are furnished and decorated with utmost taste, feature elegant ensuite bathrooms and sitting areas complete with TVs and DVD players. The sumptuous master bedrooms are in the first sleeping pavilion and have four-poster king size beds and large walk in wardrobes.  The second sleeping pavilion houses two guest suites, fitted with queen size beds.

Villa Avalon can be rented separately or in conjunction with the two bedroom Villa Avalon II or the romantic one bedroom Avalon III, a perfect venue for a tropical wedding or family event.

Some might say that Canggu is one of the hippest and most happening destinations in Bali. The name Canggu was originally given only to this small fishing village. However nowadays when people say Canggu they are actually also referring to a collection of other small villages such as Tiyingtukul, Pererenan and Nelayan. The area has many rice fields which add a relaxing rural edge to the landscape. The beach at Canggu is popular with surfers as it has larger swells than other areas nearby, but swimming isn’t advised here as the rip tides can be dangerous. The area is a great place to learn to surf and is also home to the award winning Nirwana Bali Golf Club. Canggu has a diverse selection of restaurants, cafes and bars to choose from and also a variety of boutiques selling clothes and swimwear. Places of interest to visit nearby include Pura Tanah Lot, a large temple that stands on the ocean rocks, and Seminyak which has a high concentration of fine dining restaurants and cocktail bars.
