The exceptional villa Arnalaya sits on its own 4,500 square meters of stunning terraced lawns right on the beautiful Nelaya Beach in the Canggu area. Arnalaya means ‘rhythm of the waves’ and without doubt this villa captures that essence perfectly. Each of Villa Arnalaya’s 5 bedrooms are furnished with utmost style, feature  ensuite bathrooms, walk-in wardrobes, lounge areas and are fitted with aircons, TVs and sound systems. Four Ocean Suites have fantastic ocean views, while the Courtyard suite opens onto the green lawn and lotus ponds.

Some might say that Canggu is one of the hippest and most happening destinations in Bali. The name Canggu was originally given only to this small fishing village. However nowadays when people say Canggu they are actually also referring to a collection of other small villages such as Tiyingtukul, Pererenan and Nelayan. The area has many rice fields which add a relaxing rural edge to the landscape. The beach at Canggu is popular with surfers as it has larger swells than other areas nearby, but swimming isn’t advised here as the rip tides can be dangerous. The area is a great place to learn to surf and is also home to the award winning Nirwana Bali Golf Club. Canggu has a diverse selection of restaurants, cafes and bars to choose from and also a variety of boutiques selling clothes and swimwear. Places of interest to visit nearby include Pura Tanah Lot, a large temple that stands on the ocean rocks, and Seminyak which has a high concentration of fine dining restaurants and cocktail bars.
