Villa Akasha is a 3 bedroom luxury holiday villa located on the north-east side of Koh Samui close to the idyllic Chong Mon Beach, arguably one of the finest white sand beaches on the island. A large stone terrace surrounds the swimming pool which has a huge mirror reflecting the interior of the villa. To one side of the pool is a Sala (gazebo), the ideal place to enjoy a coffee or relax with a glass of wine. To the other side of the pool there is an alfresco dining area and settee.

An elegant and stylish open plan living area leads directly to the pool and terrace and comprises a lounge with a large sofa, a huge chunky wooden dining table and a kitchen. Natural tones and interesting decor create a cultured and calming environment against the backdrop of the villa’s white walls and floors. In the lounge guests can relax and enjoy a large LCD, wide screen TV with satellite channels, a DVD player and a CD player.

The 3 charming and sophisticated bedrooms at the property are all equipped with TV’s and individual entertainment systems.  All have air conditioning and the master suite also has ceiling fans. The bedrooms have immaculately presented en-suite bathrooms with large showers, double vanity units, double sink and deep bathtubs, making bathing a truly enjoyable experience.

Nearby is the quiet and picturesque Choeng Mon Beach, a sleepy bay where the sea is unruffled and calm. A variety of water sports, beach massage and a good choice of restaurants can be enjoyed here. Along the street in Choeng Mon there are plenty more restaurants to choose from and the opportunity to some shopping. 10 minutes drive away is the famous Chaweng Beach with its diverse mix of shops, restaurants, bars, and nightclubs.

The beach at Choeng Mon which is located on the north east of Koh Samui is sheltered within a large bay. Calm, shallow waters and soft white sand make it an ideal family setting. Kayaks are available to rent and there are a few beach massage stalls. However it is a great place to simply relax with a drink and watch the boats come and go. Visible from the beach is a tiny island known as Koh Fan Yai which at low tide is accessible by foot and makes a fantastic adventure for children. There is a handful of restaurants and bars on the beach and yet more on the road which also has a good selection of shops. The area is peaceful with a low and leisurely pace of life.
