L2 Residence, 3 bedroom luxury villa, is located on the hillside in Laem Set, within the prestigious Santhikiri Estate, on the southern-most point of Koh Samui. The property benefits from awe inspiring views of the surrounding tropical landscape and ocean.

The bedrooms at L2 residence are located in a second multi-level pavilion which connects to the house via a courtyard and landscaped garden. Each stylish and well appointed bedroom features a private balcony with full length glass doors and a luxurious en- suite bathroom. The master suite features an ocean view shower, and one of the guest rooms has a covered outdoor shower area.

To the front of the property are attractive landscaped gardens and a sun deck with a refreshing plunge pool. There is also a shared pool within the estate. The villa is close to some of the most picturesque and peaceful coastline on the island and only a 15 minute drive to the famous Lamai Beach with a wide choice of shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife.

Laem Set and Laem Sor are two closely situated areas which can be found on the most southern point of Koh Samui. Both have a quiet and relaxed pace of life, and make ideal destinations for families or those wishing to escape the more heavily populated tourist hotspots such as Chaweng Beach and Lamai. Beautiful sunsets and striking scenery can be enjoyed here as this part of the island is relatively undeveloped and retains much of its natural beauty. There are a number of popular attractions here, including a butterfly farm, tiger zoo, an aquarium, snake farm and waterfalls with rock pools which are located in the jungle and are best visited in the rainy season. The Laem Set Pagoda is another good place to visit, an impressive golden coloured Temple on the southern most point of the island. The picturesque contrast of the emerald green ocean and the golden temple attracts many visitors. The area also has a few picnic tables and is a nice place to relax and have lunch. The busier and more developed Lamai is around a 15 minute drive from both Laem Set and Laem Sor.
